The tin is new, thick and hand wiped by our artisan tinner - 100% food safe tin, there are the tell-tale swirls of the artisan process.

This has been the mainstay of a Restaurant Kitchen and it shows. I am not sure of any other item in the kitchen were you can still use something that is truly vintage, could tell so many stories and still be completely functional and beautiful.

The first time you use this pan you will know it will never let you down. If you want a signature pan in your kitchen, the item that says who you are - this is it.

This is all solid copper - the handle is iron - real old fashioned quality.

It has some surface scratches scratches and edge wear, it sits flat. All these badges of honour add and not detract from the visual impact of the piece.

Now that it has been refurbished it is ready for another lifetime's work. This is a very special and desirable pot.
