This has been worked hard and well used for many years. The interior is in pristine condition with a new hand wiped tin lining.

This pan has been refurbished to retain its history but enough to ensure its future.

This is an exceptional piece as it could be used for cooking and for decoration. There are surface scratches as you would expect from an antique piece, the tin lining is lovely and it has a brand new shine. There is a slight wobble and some deep scratches or thin dents on the leading edge.

This lovely antique pan is now ready for a new home.

If you want one statement piece in your kitchen you could do a lot worse than this. It looks great and has a long life ahead of it hopefully being used for exactly what was intended, it has great looks too.

There are three copper rivets on the handle which are securely fixed. The handle is forged iron - this pan has a good heritage.

It weighs 1.37 kilos 3 lbs 0.3 ozs and is 21 cm across around 8 1/4 inches and is 6 cm 2 1/4 inches deep, total length is 39.5cm or 15 1/2 inches.

This is a real heirloom piece and is a super addition to any kitchen but especially a good professional one. It is a piece of culinary history that is still as useful and beautiful as it was when it was made.
