This big frying pan 'poele a frire' has been totally refurbished, it has a brand new shine, new hand wiped tin and it totally kitchen ready. There is a small patch of slightly uneven new tin on the surface.
It weighs 1.46 kilos 3lbs 2.6 ozs and is 47 cm or 18 1/2 inches total length.
It is 25cm across or 9 3/4 inches the pan itself, it is 1.8mm copper and is marked Fabrication Francaise.
This is a big, useful size professional pan.
This is an exceptional piece as it could be used for cooking and for decoration. There are surface scratches and signs of age - there are deeper scratches on the base. This good pan has had a full life and is ready to go again.
