Beautiful gratin dish, MASSIVE size and weight, great for anything you need an over dish for - roasting vegetables. poultry or meat.

We have refurbished this pan and given it a new hand wiped tin lining, it has been polished but still has all of it's life on the surface.

The patina on this pan is exceptional and has been maintained by sympathetic restoration of the exterior and authentic re-tinning of the interior. There are some swirls in the new tin, there are some scratches in the base that the tin has covered well.

This is a pan that was expected to work very hard all day, this pan will do just that.

This is a 2.1mm copper pan that can be used all day long in any setting both domestic or professional - it is heavy enough to ensure exceptional longevity and exceptional even cooking
