Fully round mixing bowl with copper ring handle. This is a super traditional bowl that has been used for whisking egg whites or melting chocolate over a pan of water.

This is a professional size and looks magnificent.

The round shape ensures even melting or whisking. Should you whisk egg whites in this they will be fluffier and stiffer! (a reaction with the copper)

This is a good restaurant or commercial kitchen size.

These items are extremely well sought after and are a must in an artisan kitchen, any Chef 'worth their salt' either has one or wants one.

This has an iron ring where the rim of the copper is places and hammered over, this rim has been slightly flattened on the top due to years of faithful service. The iron ring is in very good condition. there are indentations all over this bowl - the patina is exceptional. The outside has numerous scratches and signs of wear and use.

This thing is massive and fabulous and totally fit for purpose.
