This is an antique quality pan that has been very well used but not as abused. It has been used on a daily basis by a professional in a professional capacity - used in the way these pans were meant to be used.

The handle is firmly and securely fixed by three proud copper rivets.

This is an antique 1.1mm copper pan that can be used in a domestic setting - this is where saute's started - this old girl is from the middle of the 19th century.

It weighs 1.14 kilos about 2lbs 9.2 ozs
It measures 24 cm across just over 9 1/2 inches
6.5cm high or 2 3/4 inches and is 47cm or 18 1/2 inches total length.

It has surface scratches, few deeper scratches from use and storage, and due to use and age. This has new hand wiped tin. This is in wonderful condition for it's age.

This is all expected wear for an exceptional pan that has been used in a professional kitchen.
