This pan was made for the professional kitchen or a quality cook chef domestic kitchen. It looks amazing hanging up, the patina is absolutely exceptional. The hammering on the sides glistens. The handle is firmly and securely fixed by three massive, proud copper rivets.

This is a hand-hammered 1.7mm rim copper saucepan with a new hand wiped tin lining.

This copper pan can be used all day long in any setting both domestic or professional - it is heavy enough to ensure exceptional longevity and exceptional even cooking

This pan has seen some life in a local Hotel. The top edge has seen a few utensils hitting it over many years. There are thousands of 'dinks' all over the outside of this pan - it is an incredible find. These thick 'golden age'" pans are becoming very hard to find.
