The patina on this is amazing, it has all the bumps you would expect from an antique pan but all polished and has the patina that professional cooks really want.

This was a Chef's go-to pan. It was in a 'used by Chef' condition.

We have refurbished this pan but not taken it back to where the pan was when it was new, there is still bumps dents and bruises on the outside, there is pitting in the base of the pan but there is new tin - it is ready to go in another kitchen for another Chef - and will do the job it has done for the last 150 years.

We have preserved its past and ensured it's future.

Magnificent manufacture, beautiful, robust, copper riveted 'work horse' and fabulous looking. Hammered manufacture including the rivets. This is a high sided saucepan, this can be used for milk, making sauces or for poaching. This is a very useful, smaller specialist pan.

This pan is the absolute pinnacle of copper manufacture made for the professional kitchen or for a quality cook chefs domestic kitchen.

It looks amazing hanging up, the patina is unusual and absolutely exceptional. The handle is firmly and securely fixed by three massive, proud copper rivets.

This is a 1.9-2.2mm copper pan that can be used all day long in any setting both domestic or professional - it is heavy enough to ensure exceptional longevity and exceptional even cooking
