Here it is, this marvelous 16cm saute, it is a perfect small domestic size, can be used to cook anything, boiling, sauteing, frying, poaching - the lot.

It is 2.8mm Copper so it is chunky and easy to move, it is absolutely perfect for single dishes that need extended simmering. Of course, being 2.8mm copper it will sing all day long in a professional kitchen too.

It weighs an incredible 1.309 kilos 2lb 14.3 ozs and measures 16 cm across 6 1/4 inches and 5 cm deep 2 inches. Total length is 29.5cm or 11 5/8 inches.

It has a solid copper body, thick, cast iron handle, three thick solid copper rivets and has a brand new 100% food grade tin lining from our Artisan tinner in Normandy - there are swirls in the tin surface.
