This beautiful pot was used in a French Restaurant kitchen in the for years and years.

This has been the mainstay of a professional kitchen and it shows. This is the follow on design from the old cauldron or 'Chaudron' that was placed over a fire.

These pots are used as a very large casserole with the two handles that make it easier to move and use.

This pan has been totally refurbished and retinned by Atelier du Cuivre in Villedieu les Poeles.

The outside base sits flat. The handles are fixed securely with three copper rivets - beautifully made and finished.

This has been totally refurbished, repaired and re-tinned. The base has a professional 'jex fin' brushed finish on the base.

This is all solid copper - the handles are cast bronze - real old-fashioned quality.

This is a big, heavy mainstay of a professionally run kitchen.

It has loads of dinks, marks and scratches all add and not detract from the visual impact of the piece. There are scratches on the base and sides.

It is ready for another lifetime's work with a new shine and a new tin. This is a good size for either a domestic or professional kitchen, very special and desirable pot.
