This pan is the business, totally fit for purpose and will last another lifetime, it is absolutely the best you can get. Magnificent manufacture, beautiful, robust, 'work horse' and fabulous looking.

This is a good solid workaday, hammered 'go to' pan. 2mm, new tin lining by us and the classic Windsor or 'Sauteuse Évasée' that has been favoured by many Chefs in France and around the world

It looks amazing hanging up, the patina is absolutely exceptional. The handle is firmly and securely fixed by three massive, proud rivets.

This is a 2mm copper pan that can be used all day long in any setting both domestic or professional - it is heavy enough to ensure exceptional longevity and exceptional even cooking
