1.3 mm solid copper sauté pan or frying pan. This is a super restaurant pan that has seen very little life and has been very well cared for. It is in good condition.

New pans in France cost an absolute fortune but will last usually the chef's lifetime! There signs of wear on exterior from cleaning and use. The handle is firmly fixed with solid copper rivets - this is the golden age of Metaux Ouvres manufacture.
